Instructions and Parts List for 1920s Harbor Town Old Barrack Apartment Building

LEGO Apartment Building for my 1920s Harbor Town (as seen in my 1920s LEGO Harbor City series). The lore behind the building is that it was once a large barrack for American soldiers defending the border in the Great Lakes region, but after the treaty with Canada, it was no longer needed and converted into an apartment building with 4 apartments per floor.

If you want 4 additional floors (besides the 1st floor), upload the CSV parts list to Bricklink/ReBrickable/LEGO.com for the ‘Additional Floors of 1920s Harbor Town Apartment Building’ and multiply it by 4 on your Bricklink wanted list. I split up the instructions/parts lists so that you can choose how many floors you want and if you want the roof or not. Once you have made the purchase, you will receive the instructions. I will send you an email with the parts lists (unfortunately I cannot add them to my website). Please see this video for an example.
