Instructions and Parts List for 1920s Harbor Town Old Barrack Apartment Building

LEGO Apartment Building for my 1920s Harbor Town (as seen in my 1920s LEGO Harbor City series). The lore behind the building is that it was once a large barrack for American soldiers defending the border in the Great Lakes region, but after the treaty with Canada, it was no longer needed and converted into an apartment building with 4 apartments per floor.

The reason why the instructions for the individual floors are not part of the ‘first floor and roof’ instructions, is because you can add as many floors as you would like to this build. The parts list for the ‘First Floor and Roof of 1920s Harbor Town Apartment Building’ should always be purchased, but depending on how many floors you would like to build, you can purchase that many pieces of the ‘Additional Floors of 1920s Harbor Town Apartment Building’. Long story short, if you want 5 additional floors (besides the 1st floor), upload the CSV parts list to Bricklink for the ‘Additional Floors of 1920s Harbor Town Apartment Building’ and multiply it by 5 on your Bricklink wanted list.
